10 AVOCADO BASED SMOOTHIES

1.  CREAMY PEAR & AVOCADO 

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 1/2 ripe avocado

  • 2 small ripe pears

  • 2 1/2 cups | 375 ml. almond milk (or any plant-based milk)

  • 4 frozen green cubes (or 2 handfuls dark leafy greens)

  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds

  • 1 tablespoon hemp protein powder (or any plant-based protein powder)

  • extra hemp seeds for sprinkling

Serves:  2

 

2. CREAMY AVOCOLADA

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 3 cups of diced pineapple (chilled)

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1 cup kale

  • 2 cups of coconut water

  • 3 T agave nectar

  • 3 T of lime juice

  • 1 T of coconut butter or oil

  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

Serves:  4

 

3.  CREAMY MATCHA CARDAMOM ICED LATTE

  • 1 ½ oz baby spinach

  • 1 eight ball squash

  • ½ avocado - pitted

  • 1 cardamom pod

  • 1 teaspoon matcha tea

  • 1 teaspoon green coffee

  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk

  • 1 cup ice

 

4.  MANGO MINT & AVOCADO

  • 1 banana, frozen

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 2 cups spinach

  • 1 1/2 cups mango chunks, frozen

  • 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder (optional)

  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, packed

  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup water or non-dairy milk, plus more if desired

 

5.  MELON & AVOCADO BREAKFAST

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 1 cup honeydew melon chunks (about 1 slice)

  • As needed Juice from 1/2 lime (1 ½ teaspoon lime juice)

  • 1 cup milk, fat-free

  • 1 cup fat-free yogurt, plain

  • 1/2 cup apple juice or white grape juice

  • 1 tablespoon honey

Serves: 2

                       

6.  PINEAPPLE & AVOCADO

  • 1 avocado

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks

  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

 

7.  POWER HOUR PICK-ME-UP AVOCADO

  • ¼ ripe fresh avocado

  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango cubes

  • 1/3 cup plain, nonfat yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • As needed cayenne pepper, to taste

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 cup ice cubes

 

8.  THREE-INGREDIENT AVOCADO 

  • 1 avocado, cubed

  • 2 frozen banana, chopped

  • 400 milliliters (14 ounces) milk

Serves: 2

 

 

9.  BOK CHOY BLISS AVOCADO

  • 2 oz baby bok choy

  • 1 pear - chopped

  • 5 oz grapes

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 teaspoon reishi mushroom

  • 1 tablespoon hemp seed

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 cup ice

Serves: 2

 

10.  BLACKBERRY SPICE & EVERYTHING RICE

  • 1 ½ oz baby kale

  • 2 oz blackberries

  • 1 cup grapes

  • ½ avocado - pitted

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 cup rice milk

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Gather your ingredients

  2. Wash and cut the fruit                        

  3. Add the liquid and the fruit in the blender

  4. Add the remaining ingredients

  5. Blend the smoothie

  6. Serve and enjoy
